Bathroom & Kitchen Plumbing in Regina

Bathroom and kitchen plumbing covers fixture replacement, renovation rough-ins, and relocating supply and drain lines. A straightforward faucet or toilet swap runs $165 to $420. A full bathroom rough-in for a renovation runs $2,900 to $5,200 depending on how far the fixtures move.

Renovation plumbing goes wrong in the planning, not the pipe work. Moving a toilet more than a metre from the existing stack often means opening the floor and re-sloping the drain — a decision far cheaper to make on a drawing than after the tile is down.

We work directly with your contractor or on our own. If you are laying out a basement bathroom, get us in before the concrete is cut, not after.

Every fixture install is pressure-tested and left with the shut-offs labelled, so the next person who needs to isolate that fixture — you, at midnight — does not have to guess.

Bathroom & Kitchen Plumbing questions

Can I move my toilet during a bathroom renovation?

Yes, but distance decides the cost. Within about a metre of the existing stack is usually straightforward. Beyond that, the drain needs re-sloping — a consistent fall of roughly 2% — which normally means opening the floor. On a concrete slab that means cutting and re-pouring. Ask us before finalising the layout, not after.

Do I need a permit for bathroom plumbing work?

For new fixtures, relocated drains, or anything altering the DWV system, yes — the City of Regina requires a plumbing permit, and we pull it. Like-for-like replacement of an existing fixture in the same spot generally does not. Skipping a required permit becomes a problem when you sell the house.

Will you work alongside my general contractor?

Routinely. We coordinate rough-in around framing and inspection, then return for the finish once tile and cabinetry are in. Give us the schedule early — plumbing rough-in has to pass inspection before anything gets closed up.
